Help with your House

For help with your House, the IndyHouse platform at app.indyhouseapp.com, or the IndyHouse iPhone app, write to support@starhousellc.com.

It helps to tell us:

• your House's web address, like yourname.indyhouseapp.com
• what you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• whether it was on the web or on iPhone

You can also send feedback from inside IndyHouse, with files attached.

Help with IndyHouse Fans

IndyHouse Fans is the free iPhone app for joining an artist's fan club.

• Can't sign in? Check that you typed the same email or phone number you joined with. Codes only work for a short time, so ask for a new one if yours is old.
• A question about your club, like a drawing, a mission, or a card, goes to the artist's team. Use the contact on the artist's website.
• Something wrong in the app? Write to support@starhousellc.com.
• Someone's being unkind? Use Report on the poll or quiz, or block the mod who made it. The club's team looks at every report.
• IndyHouse Fans is for people 13 and older. If you joined a club on the web with a parent's OK, your club is still yours on the artist's website.

Stopping emails and texts

• Email: tap unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
• In the app: go to You, then Privacy, and choose Just stop the messages. Your profile and cards stay.

Deleting your account

Fans. In the IndyHouse Fans app, go to You, then Privacy, and choose Delete everything. Your profile, photos, cards, and contact details are erased right away. You can also do this on the artist's club website. Our Privacy Policy explains the little we keep.

Houses. In the IndyHouse app or on the web, go to Your account, then Delete your account, and choose Delete account. Before anything is deleted, you see exactly what goes and what stays. If other people are in a House you own, you hand it to someone else first. If you're the only person in it, the House closes with your account. You can download your work first: your Writing Room, or, for an owner, everything in your House. You can also write to privacy@starhousellc.com from the email you sign in with.

To see, correct, export, or delete the information we have about you, write to privacy@starhousellc.com. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
